Responsabilidades clave:

  • Liderar área comercial del canal Food Service en Chile.

  • Responsable sobre la planeación y desarrollo del presupuesto de ventas del país.

  • Gestión de Ventas Directas: El Key Account Manager (KAM) gestionará las ventas directas y garantizara el manejo saludable de cartera

  • Gestión de relaciones con los clientes: desarrollar y acompañar a los clientes para evidenciar la estrategia de las marcas en sus PDV.

  • Acompañamiento y soporte al distribuidores: garantizar el desarrollo del DX y brindando soporte continuo al equipo de ventas de campo (FDV).

  • Planificación comercial: desarrollo y ejecución de planes comerciales con foco en acelerar rotación.

  • Programas de incentivos: Diseñar e implementar planes de incentivos para clientes.

  • Desarrollo de materiales para el punto de venta: crear y desarrollar materiales para el punto de venta para respaldar las iniciativas de marketing.

  • Excel y gestión de redes comerciales: Excel para el análisis de datos y el desarrollo de redes comerciales para gestionar estrategias y planes de ventas.

  • Iniciativas de cobranding: Liderar procesos de cobranding, desde el contacto con equipos de calidad hasta el lanzamiento de productos en restaurantes o puntos de venta.

Lo que necesitas saber sobre este puesto:

  • Experiencia comercial en consumo masivo en canal retail o institucional (Horecas).

  • Experiencia comprobada de 4 a 5 años como KAM en empresas de consumo masivo,

  • Fuerte conocimiento de las estrategias RTM y la planificación comercial. Dominio de Excel y análisis de datos.

  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de materiales para punto de venta y creación de programas de incentivos.

  • Capacidad para ejecutar el proceso de pedidos y cuentas por cobrar/manejo de cartera.

  • Experiencia en procesos de cobranding y lanzamiento de productos.
