Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Writer in Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the tech industry, utilizing your skills in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe RoboHelp, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, AP Style, Auditing, Computer Hardware, Information security, and Information security management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop technical documentation using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe RoboHelp
• Implement AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies in the documentation process
• Comply with AP Style guidelines for all written materials
• Perform auditing to ensure the accuracy and quality of technical documents
• Communicate complex technological concepts in a clear, concise manner to a diverse audience
• Maintain computer hardware documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Incorporate information security and information security management principles in the creation of technical documents
• Continuously update and refine technical documents based on user feedback and changes in technology. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required for the role of Technical Writer.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is an essential requirement.
• Competence in using Adobe FrameMaker is a must.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is necessary.
• Proficiency in Adobe RoboHelp is required.
• Knowledge of AB Testing is crucial.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is necessary.
• Mastery of AP Style is a key requirement.
• Ability to conduct audits is a must.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is required.
• Understanding of Information security is crucial.
• Experience in Information security management is necessary.
