Robert Half is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to work for their client that is in the non-profit industry. The Salesforce Business Analyst position is fully remote. The Salesforce Business Analyst should have at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce and 7 years of experience as Business Analyst. The tasks for the Salesforce Business Analyst position includes gathering business requirements and supporting the salesforce application. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst to learn new technical skills on the job.
Responsibilities:
• Correcting a poorly configured Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation
• Successfully sending out initial marketing efforts post-configuration
• Assisting in designing and deploying an enterprise applications roadmap
• Enhancing the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Working on email marketing configuration and deployment
• Assisting in mass marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with the team on Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements.
