Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee a team of six facility maintenance technicians for several residential apartment complexes throughout Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling routine maintenance tasks, coordinating and supervising technician work orders, and ensuring the building systems are functioning correctly.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of six facility maintenance technicians.
Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks for residential apartment complexes.
Coordinate and supervise technician work orders and daily operational planning to ensure time efficiency of repairs and upgrades.
Ensure building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are functioning correctly.
Manage a work order system to track and resolve issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
