Fillerup Management, LLC in Sandy, Utah seeks for a full-time General Manager. Job Description: Responsible for providing customer service, oversight, safety training and compliance, and providing guidance and problem resolutions to both clients, office staff, foreman, and field staff. Provide direction to supporting staff regarding interpretation of policy, job responsibilities and efficiency and managing the optimization of best practices related to the staffing and commercial construction industry. Provide exceptional service and attention to our field staff and effectively place the needs of our field staff as a top priority. Manage the dispatching and delivery of staff to their job sites. Ensuring field staff are equipped with appropriate PPE, and tools for the job requested. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customer companies. Assist in negotiating agreements with new and existing clients. Emphasizing safety and promoting a safe work culture with all employees, recognizing, and assisting the Safety Manager in mitigating safety concerns. Communicating needs, information, and concerns to the company ownership. Attend meetings and serve as a representative of Fillerup Management, for client companies, the professional development groups, and the public. Create goals for supporting staff that move Fillerup Management closer to goals developed by senior leadership team. Respond to high level customer orders and requests and accident and safety issues often after working hours. Assisting in scheduling and implementation of employee and client appreciation functions. Oversee recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees. Recognizing and training employees to further their skill development. Accurately track, input, and update staff locations and client report and other reports as assigned. Oversee supplies procurement, disbursements, and inventory. Provide written documentation and notices for reportable incidents to be input into personnel files. Provide daily reporting of job sites and progress. Assist with phone calls and inputting orders. Ensure that field staff are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment, meeting guidelines for our staff to operate safely. Provide general direction that is consistent with acceptable business practices to supporting staff. Filling in gaps as needed with other office tasks, will require cross training and willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned. Position requires daily travel to our location in Salt Lake County on an intermittent basis. Will supervise a total of 7 subordinates: 2 Office Administrators, Accounts Receivable Manager, Payroll Manager, Safety Manager, and 2 Field Managers. Salary: $146,786/year. Shifts/Days off: Day, off Saturday and Sunday. Experience/Requirements: Requires Forklift Certification, OSHA Certification, and Utah State Driver's License.
