Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Business System Analyst and become a key player in transforming our business objectives through the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with passionate stakeholders, expert Salesforce Architects/Leads, and top-notch Implementation Partners and Development teams to drive impactful solutions. You will take charge of project tracking, requirement gathering, solution design, and program management, ensuring our Salesforce initiatives are seamlessly executed. Who you’ll report to:

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, Front Office Applications

Location: San Jose, CA Bay Area

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document their requirements for Salesforce solutions.

  • Analyzing business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations to enhance user experience and drive business efficiency.

  • Collaborating with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

  • Working with 3rd party contractors and business teams , while sharing the project management work

  • Whiteboarding with CRM team to define the business solutions that can scale for growth

  • Utilizing an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.

  • Staying current on the latest Salesforce features and best practices through ongoing learning and development.

  • Maintaining all necessary integration documentation and process flow diagrams.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelors - Computer Science degree + 10 years of experience OR Masters - Computer Science degree + 5 years of experience preferred

  • 5+ years of Business System Analyst experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer and Partner Communities

  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development methodologies

  • Experience in integration and automation domain a plus

  • Experience with end-to-end solutions development from Requirements to Delivery and Support

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $180,000 – $195,000 and outside of those locations is $170,000 – 185,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
