Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, investor reporting, and performance metrics.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding for investments.
Mentor and guide staff and senior accountants in quarterly financial report preparation.
Review financial statements for compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
Conduct technical accounting analysis for complex leasing transactions.
Assist with audit inquiries and ensure accurate fund reporting.
Prepare investor capital statements, reports, and communication.
Oversee the Fund’s cash forecasting, including capital calls, distributions, and credit facility management.
Drive process improvements to streamline financial close and reporting timelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
10+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on leasing.
Proven experience with general ledger and consolidation processes.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent analytical skills and a sense of urgency.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Experience with Oracle/SAP is a plus.
