Responsibilities:
Support the monthly NAV process, including investor allocations, waterfall calculations, management fees, performance metrics, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Collaborate with fund administrators, auditors, and valuation agents to ensure compliance in financial reporting, tax coordination, and cash management.
Manage administrative functions such as vendor payments, wire transfers, and assist the CFO/Controller with daily operations.
Oversee trading operations, including margin calls, derivative trades, ISDA reporting, and private investment deal closures.
Manage investor relations by handling capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, reconciliations, and reporting; maintain CRM data and investor documentation.
Assist with regulatory filings and prepare essential documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements
3+ years of fund accounting experience, including fund administration or public accounting; hedge fund experience preferred.
Familiarity with financial instruments, fund vehicles, and alternative investments.
CPA certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work independently while being a collaborative team player.
