Situated in Daly City, California, our hospital stands as a beacon of excellence in the field of emergency and specialty care. Our newly remodeled 17,000 sq ft facility is a testament to our commitment to exceptional veterinary medicine.
The hospital offers full-time Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology services, as well as part-time Radiologists with ultrasound capabilities through on-call scheduling. We have a mobile Surgeon and Cardiologist available on call.
Our on-site diagnostic and treatment capabilities include a CT scanner, ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, chemotherapy, in-house laboratory, and digital radiography.
To further the expansion of our outstanding ER and Specialty team, we are actively recruiting 2 full-time Surgeons, 1 Medical Oncologist, a Cardiologist, 1 additional Internal Medicine Specialist, and 2 Criticalists to complement our existing services and drive our team forward.

The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With:
You possess the qualifications: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
You're officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license
You have an unwavering commitment to emergency care: Self-directed, committed ongoing learner. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.
You're a pro at solving problems: Your decision-making skills are top-notch. You possess outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment: You have a knack for multitasking and can skillfully prioritize in high volume environment.
If you're already familiar with Google Apps for Work and have experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software, that's a bonus!
You are Tech-Savvy: If you're already well-versed in Google Apps for Work and have experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software, consider it an added bonus!
Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:
Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $240,000-$280,000
Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000
No Non-Compete Clause
This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital.
