Overview:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team! Responsibilities:

Research and write press releases, briefing documents, key messages, Q&As, fact sheets, pitches, and other materials
Support media relations efforts on behalf of clients through pitching compelling stories and media strategy
Build and maintain media lists
Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant client/industry-related news
Support the execution of large-scale events, celebrity media days, charitable partnerships and national campaign launches
Research and evaluate thought leadership opportunities for key brand spokespeople
Provide review and counsel for influencer vetting and content
Bring creative ideas and solutions-oriented thinking to program execution
Have a pulse on the CPG industry, the media landscape, and social media platforms to help provide insights and guidance on programs
Provide support for media monitoring and program recapping
Proofread and edit documents; consolidate team edits; maintain records of supporting reference materials.
Respond to requests for information from clients, team members, and other agency employees with accuracy and in a professional and timely manner.
Support billing procedures within the team (according to client project) by maintaining billing, invoices, and job numbers
Flex to support teams across multiple programs and clients throughout the year, depending on campaign launch times
This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in the office.

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
Two to three years of experience in a public relations agency or similar position
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Comfortable presenting and being client facing
The salary range for this position is $62,500 - $68,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
