Schlumberger CAM Field Specialists in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago
The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. The Field Specialist 1 identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
Capture Field data and perform jobs
Maintenance of equipment, Pressure Test, Well Testing
Make mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnose problems affecting the operations
With minimal direction, analyze and determine causes associated with manual, automatic, NC and CNC machine tools.
Deploy and position resources to deliver the job
Verify, prepare, evaluate and reconcile job resources
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Responsible for service delivery execution.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies and protocols.
Maintain the required safety training.
Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
Mentor others as required.
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Associate’s degree in Engineering discipline or Bachelor's in non-Engineering discipline
2+ years’ experience repairing all types of surface valves, chokes, and BOP’s
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good problem-solving abilities, proactive, fast learner, good organizational and time management skills, positive attitude
