Job Title: Client Services Manager

Job Description

As a Client Services Manager, you will be the primary link between our laboratory services and our external stakeholders including patients, physicians, and sales teams. Your role involves coordinating the receipt and processing of specimens, connecting with patients and physicians, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to clients. You will handle patient requests, directing them appropriately, whether to billing departments or management. Additionally, you will support our sales team by providing necessary information and patient kits, and responding to inquiries. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to high-quality customer service by facilitating smooth communication and operations between the laboratory, clients, and internal teams. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks such as data entry into billing systems, maintaining onboarding documents, and providing support related to insurance and Medicare inquiries.
