TEKsystems Remote Call Center Representative - Must Live In San Antonio, TX in San Antonio, Texas
Description: Hiring REMOTE CSR's - MUST live 45miles from San Antonio, TX
Candidates outside of this area will NOT be considered
Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications.
Make company streaming product recommendations on each viewer interaction.
Customer service, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
Important Things to Note:
Equipment will be provided
1st day will be onsite in corporate office
Remainder of assignment will be remote
Training is mandatory - ANY time missed will result in termination
Ideal Candidate
Has remote work experience
Has call center experience
Has good tenure (2+jobs in 1 year - must provide reasoning for short tenure)
Has good internet connection
Is open to multiple shifts
