Responsibilities
Laurel Ridge Treatment Center is hiring Receptionists to provide a welcoming and responsive experience to patients and visitors at our facility. Our 330 -bed comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare Facility is located on the north-side of beautiful San Antonio! Our facility provides a nurturing, campus-style environment located on 29 beautiful acres and features experiential options such as a swimming pool, gym, ropes course and more.
We are looking for compassionate and customer focused receptionists that will assist patients, visitors, and staff while managing the call volume in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answers telephones promptly.
Greets visitors simultaneously.
Provides clerical support to Administrative staff.
Pages hospital and medical staff.
Facilitates response to emergency codes.
Contributes to maintaining a safe environment.
Adheres to facility philosophy and policies.
Is knowledgeable in location of all staff and their department.
Qualifications
