JPMorgan Chase Operations Sr Specialist III- Inbound in San Antonio, Texas
Join DCFP team that is assisting specialists and leaders find solutions related to service level management and administrative support.
As an Operations Senior Specialist in Debit Card Fraud Prevention Fraud , you will perform a variety of roles within the space. You will work directly with employees and all levels of leadership to ensure all inquiries are reviewed/addressed, start to finish. You will carry out core functions as outlined for you and respond to ad hoc tasks assigned by DCFP Leadership per DCFP performance standards and expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Attend Division Leader huddles , TL staff Meetings, strategy calls and IDP review calls
Service Level Support
Local Leadership Support (not inclusive)
Attendance reports & coding , Holiday management and Offboarding/Onboarding
Recognition/Graduation (new hires)
Alignments WFO/Webstats/MIP
SDR Audits
Manage mail distro & Supply ordering
Adhoc Quality/Call Projects (identifying trends or compiling data for leaders)
Send Daily Reports to Production Floor and Leadership (as needed)
Weekend Strategy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience
Possess strong attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic office and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
