Quad Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in San Antonio, Texas
QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in our Kohl's clinic in San Antonio, TX. Work with a team that empowers you to empower your patients!
Schedule: 40hrs/wk
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
Ability to work independently
Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
NPI & DEA
Current National Board Certification
