General Summary

The Marketing Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing and participate in the BBG marketing

team’s execution of programs and activities designed to grow the BioBridge Global brand in the Advanced Therapy industry and promote its subsidiaries’ products and services across all markets and customer groups.

Responsibilities include support of the organization’s product and service line marketing needs, including execution of targeted campaigns and B2B sales collateral maintenance. Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes. It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Manager with the development and updates of marketing collateral.

  • Submit all B2B marketing content through Master Control for review and approval.

  • 11ExecuteBioBridge Global’s B2B social mediacalendar.

  • Monitor marketing program metrics. Social media (LinkedIn, Mail Chimp, etc.).

  • Support general marketing activities as needed.

BBG hosted meetings:

  • Support the administration of the invitation process, guest lists, venue, lodging and transportation for guests.

  • Eventexpense tracking.

  • Provide event information to relevant internal teams.

  • Support event logistics including:

  • Room Reservations

  • AV equipment/presentation materials

  • Parking/transportation

  • Security

  • Catering

  • Onsite support

Performs other duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Tasks

As appropriate, support strategic projects related to BBG business development efforts.

Education

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. The required major is Marketing

or Business.

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with at least 60 hours towards a graduate degree.

Experience

No prior specific work experience required.

Prefer one or more years of experience in Marketing or related fields.

experience in regenerative medicine, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries would be a plus.

Knowledge

Must obtain a working knowledge of Regulatory/Quality requirements for BBG products and services.

Must have knowledge of marketing concepts.

Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.

Must understand sales and marketing relationships.

Skills

Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.

Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Must have excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal.

Abilities

Must be able to keep information confidential.

Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.

Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently.

Working Environment

Works in a well-lighted, air conditioned and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend. Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to drive on behalf of the organization. Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours. Requires ability to reach, lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
