Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC units. While your primary focus will be HVAC-related tasks, you should also be open to performing other duties as needed. This role involves working onsite to complete repairs and modifications on high-end modular units used for offices, schools, etc. Tasks will include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, finish trim, framing, installing drywall, wall paneling, batten, ceiling tiles, and painting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Complete finish trim, framing, drywall installation, wall paneling, batten, ceiling tile installation, and painting.
- Use circular saws, pneumatic tools, framing nailers, cordless drills, and other tools as required.
- Drive company vehicle to and from worksites, with potential travel up to 3 hours.
Essential Skills
- Certificate in HVAC or 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with BARD systems or similar.
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC preferred.
- Skills in plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Work Environment
Technicians will work in an outdoor setting manufacturing and repairing trailers/modules. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with two breaks and a lunch. Overtime may be required during the busy season (May-September), but efforts are made to avoid weekend work. No traveling is involved.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
