Aerotek General Manager in San Antonio, Texas

Description

General Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of the local operating company/brand(s). Responsible to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and lead operating company activities and functions to achieve the revenue and profitability goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus, leveraging the P3 brand, and driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment.

Annual Estimated Salary is $150,000. Bonus potential of up to 20%. Full comprehensive benefits; dental, vision, medical, 401k matching, multiple wellness programs, etc

90% of the work will be in San Antonio, but they will also travel as needed to the Austin & Houston branch.

Typical working hours will be 7am-5pm. They are required to be on-call 24/7.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum of 5 years leading teams servicing B2C & B2B customer markets

-Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.

-Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-Experienced and knowledgeable in operation processes associated with the installation and/or service of Plumbing, HVAC systems, and turnkey projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
