BENEFITS:

*Competitive pay- 25% of every load, ranging from $1,000-$2,000 weekly *Weekly pay * Monthly performance bonus- percentage based on revenue generated *All automatic fleet (New Peterbilt and Freightliner CNGs, diesel-hybrid and 2018-newer Volvo diesel) *Pneumatic trailers provided depending on customer and work needed *24 hour dispatch *Paid Orientation *Industry standard health, dental, vision insurance

REQUIREMENTS:

*Must have Class A CDL for at least 2 years *Tractor-Trailer Experience *Able to run in Texas as well as New Mexico (electronic US Logs) *Must be able to read, write and speak English *No Felonies within the last 10 years *Be hardworking, have a good attitude, and be ready to run loads immediately after orientation *Clean shaven for respirator test *Pass H2S Clear, PEC, Road Test (ensure you can successfully complete pre-trip inspection), and Respirator Certifications *Be able to stay out on hitch 21 or more days at a time. Must request days off and be approved by management. *Cannot currently be enrolled in SAP program
