Drain Cleaning Technician
We are looking for highly technical, professional, drain cleaning technicians. If you have experience in cleaning and opening branch and main sewer lines, we want to talk to you! Other requirements include excellent customer service and sales skills. Must be available to work some nights and weekends on occasion.
Responsibilities
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
Diagnose and repair residential drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
Join the on-call rotation.
Job Requirements
Willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education
Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license
Desire to serve our customers at the highest level
Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed
Must be able to lift over fifty pounds
