As an Account Manager at the agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales reps in delivering top-notch service to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth execution of advertising campaigns and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and sales reps. Your attention to detail, ability to manage and complete multiple tasks, and enthusiasm for the advertising industry will make you an invaluable part of the team.

 

You will work under the direction of Agency Management. Normal working hours are M-F 8:30am -- 5pm. Tuesday and Wednesday are required in-office hours, the expectation is that you are in the office by 9am and leave at 5:00pm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Communication

  • Campaign Coordination and fulfillment

  • Account Management Support

  • Key Account Liaison and Project Management

  • Collaborate with Management and Agency Staff

  • Give your very best and bring a positive attitude.

     

Competencies:

  • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, traditional media marketing - agency experience a plus.

  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles

  • Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results

  • Experience with direct-to-customer marketing

  • Proficient in website and social media analytical tools

  • Knowledge of A/B testing

  • Must be innovative and show a willingness and history of continued learning and product development

  • Digital SEO, SEM. Display Advertising and Google Analytics experience a plus
