Responsibilities

 

- - Conducts and visits job sites where inspections are required.

 

- - Communicate at a high level with customer regarding claim status.

 

- - Performs physical labor and utilizes tools in order to deliver superior outcomes (i.e., new, used, rebuilt parts).

 

- - Communicates with production on necessary repairs.

 

- - Timely escalates claims more than authority level to management for review.

 

- - Ensure timely, accurate and consistent file documentation.

 

- - Anticipates and meets all customer needs.

 

- - May conduct door install classes.

 

- - May travel to job site for replacement and/or repair of warranty work.

 

- - May train other service techs.

 

- - Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.

 

- - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications: College Degree or equivalent work experience in related job function.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Typically more than seven (7) years of experience in related job function.
