Nexeo Staffing Inbound Customer Service Representatives in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Nexeo HR is looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives for long-term positions. Qualified candidates will have up to 1 year customer service experience,excellent organizational skills and can work in a fast-paced environment. Perfect attendance is required.

Responsibilities

   Communicate and respond to all customer inquiries.

   Answer calls and resolve questions about products and equipment.

   Maintain customer service by problem solving and gathering information.

   Provide excellent customer service through active listening.

   Maintaining records of customer inquiries

Qualifications

   Inbound customer service experience.

   Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

   Computer knowledge and ability to learn new web based software.

   Must be efficient with ten-key and multi-line telephone system.

   Perfect attendance and sense of urgency.

   Can type 25 wpm.

Pay

$15.50 - $15.75 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00am 4:30pm,with a Saturday rotation every 3rd week; working the same hours.

Shift: Monday Friday | 9:30am - 6:00pm,with a Saturday rotation every 3rd week; working the same hours.

*Training September 16 27th (Monday - Friday) 8:30am 5:30pm

Perfect Attendance is mandatory.
