What you will do

Leads moderately complex projects that generally have been assigned a medium-to-high corporate priority. Organization, flexibility, excellent customer focus and strong communication are critical in performing duties presented. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation. Maintains control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction at all times. Presents to management and/or customers on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. May manage vendor relationships throughout the installation. Ensures projects are closed on time and in scope.

How you will do it * Project Managers are responsible for managing fire alarm, security and communications projects in commercial, educational, healthcare and industrial facilities, positively representing the Company in all client and architect/engineer interactions. * Methodology - Understanding of Project Management Institute's (PMI) methodology and key knowledge areas; Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management. * Focus on a safe workplace and embracing an absolute safety culture * Oversees and communicates project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, coordination, material delivery, labor schedules and field installation. * Conducts work in progress meetings. * Responsible for tracking projects expenditures and installation progress through reviews of status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules of plans as required. Maintains full financial accountability of the project; requires ability to forecast financial trends across project. * Understands and follows all published codes, standards and unique project specifications. * Manages and communicates with subcontractors to meet project schedules and deliverables. * Coordinates...
