Job Description:

At Enerbank, the Enterprise Banking Solutions Manager will lead a team focused on expanding relationships with Enerbank Independent Contractors or Program Sponsors by conducting needs-based conversations on a variety of financial products and services across Region’s enterprise. This role will provide the leadership and guidance needed to deliver exceptional customer service and build on existing relationships using extensive product and industry knowledge.

EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow to meet operational requirements, performance monitoring standards, and to identify continuous improvement

  • Takes responsibility for the daily application of organizational policies and procedures that drive sales performance

  • Provides advice, coaching and guidance to team, ensuring high quality calls are conducted

  • Ensures the team achieves or exceeds established performance targets while delivering an optimal customer service experience

  • Develops quality assurance processes and auditing procedures

  • Ensures that transactions are executed with sound business principals

  • Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Develops and maintains relationships with bank leadership across business segments

  • Designs and executes strategies for profitable new business and sales across the Regions enterprise

  • Performs general management duties including onboarding, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and six (6) years of financial services experience

  • Or Associate's degree in Business or related field and eight (8) years of financial services experience

  • Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of financial services experience

Preferences

  • Experience leading a team in a sales environment

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$98,366.40 USD

Median:

$141,370.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:
