Description CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver - Experience Required At McLane, experience pays! Do you have previous route/foodservice delivery experience? If so, start as high as our top rate of pay. Here are the details: * Pay Rate: Drivers make $80,000 to $100,000 annually * Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. * 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. * Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, college tuition reimbursement, and more! Pay is based on a formula, based on miles, stops, and cases. Actual pay may be lower or higher than the range, based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected class. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: * At least 21 years of age. * Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). * At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience. * Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. * Strong customer service skills.
