Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2025! Our Accounting Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Accounting, CPG and Food Production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities

  • Supports functionally specific business processes as well as various programs and projects that require sophisticated reporting analytics

  • Prepare competitive analysis and benchmarking, product portfolio analysis and optimization, business process redesign and have all involved working across functions

  • Design packages that summarize weekly, monthly/quarter/year-end performance

  • Analyze financial trends against forecast and budget and explain key variances

  • Build financial models and conduct analytics from disparate sources

  • Provide detailed financial reconciliations and track financial performance for key strategic initiatives

  • Provide an integrated financial perspective on the impact of business decisions and decisions that maximize value for the business

Minimum Education

  • Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Accounting, Data Science or Agricultural Economics majors preferred.

  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher

Experience Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software

  • Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Experience Preferred

  • 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred

  • Strongly prefer a rising Junior or Senior who has completed at least 2 college-level finance/accounting courses

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
