As a Clinic Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing office operations, managing staff, and driving strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include monitoring schedules, facilitating billing processes, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and supporting the development and implementation of organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including scheduling, billing, and electronic health record systems

  • Supervise assigned staff, providing performance coaching, evaluations, and guidance

  • Monitor provider schedules, no-shows, and cancellations, ensuring efficient workflows

  • Conduct billing audits and coordinate with the billing department for timely processing

  • Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, clients, and co-workers

  • Facilitate education and awareness of policies, procedures, and informational materials

  • Participate in strategic planning, identifying staffing needs and growth opportunities

  • Support leadership in interviewing, hiring, training, and personnel management

  • Assist with identifying new funding sources and service expansion opportunities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, administration, health management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university

OR

  • High School education and four (4) years of experience in healthcare management

Additional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect

  • Extensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations of the assigned program

  • Advanced computer skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and motivate a team environment
