Retirement options
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations, including scheduling, billing, and electronic health record systems
Supervise assigned staff, providing performance coaching, evaluations, and guidance
Monitor provider schedules, no-shows, and cancellations, ensuring efficient workflows
Conduct billing audits and coordinate with the billing department for timely processing
Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, clients, and co-workers
Facilitate education and awareness of policies, procedures, and informational materials
Participate in strategic planning, identifying staffing needs and growth opportunities
Support leadership in interviewing, hiring, training, and personnel management
Assist with identifying new funding sources and service expansion opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, administration, health management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
OR
- High School education and four (4) years of experience in healthcare management
Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect
Extensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations of the assigned program
Advanced computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and motivate a team environment
