TEKsystems Desktop Support in Saint Paul, Minnesota
There's currently a Desktop Support opportunity available at one of our growing clients in St. Paul, MN. The client is looking for someone that can provide high level desktop support while not being afraid to take escalated calls from the help desk team. Looking for someone that has a proven tenure and high level skillset at other organizations and wants to grow within their organization. This position will be 100% onsite in St. Paul, MN.
Description
This individual will be providing Technical Support for 6,200 End Users on site and at 110 locations across the nation. This will include phone support as well. They will provide phone support and in person support. The client uses Manage Engine for Ticketing – any Ticket System experience (ServiceNow, etc.) will work. The right fit will have a “white glove” support mentality. Any ITSM and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus. The opportunity to grow within the organization is tremendous. The company is acquiring other companies at a very rapid rate. A high first call resolution is expected.

4 years desktop support experience in a corporate/enterprise environment
Experience supporting the Microsoft Product Line, break-fix, reimaging with SCCM and Software Center, AD (creating/adding users)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
