Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a HR Recruiter situated in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role focuses on the recruitment process, from seeking out potential candidates to screening applicants for existing and future skilled labor job openings. The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in promoting career opportunities within the organization and finding new talent to join our team.

Responsibilities: • Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. • Utilizing various resources such as databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, and employee referrals to search for experience in candidates. • Conducting interviews with applicants to gather information on their work history, training, education, and job skills. • Preparing and maintaining employment records for organizational use. • Contacting applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. • Informing potential applicants about the organization’s facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities. • Utilizing verbal and written communication skills to negotiate terms and manage relationships. • Independently managing time to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Adhering to legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities. • Using computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel in the execution of duties.

Please note that this role offers a 6-month contract employment opportunity. Requirements • BA/BS degree • 1+ years recruiting/sourcing experience • Demonstrated customer service skills • Familiarity with various hiring processes and procedures • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and practices • Experience with HR databases • Strong negotiation and networking skills • Experience in strategic planning and media referrals • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and written communication abilities • Knowledge in the principles of cold calling • Ability to maintain detail oriented relationships • Experience in training and developing staff • Ability to support and implement HR strategic initiatives.
