Job Description: About the Role: A Client Services Project Manager at Toppan Merrill supports our "SaaS" clients providing extraordinary customer service while also working closely with our internal Operations and Service teams. Shift Hours are 2pm-1030pm M-F This is a "Hybrid" role, working as needed in-office for meetings and trainings. Office is located on Energy Park Drive in Saint Paul. Pay range is $28-$31.25/Hr What You'll Do: Nurture and develop strong client relationships with senior members of our clients' organization Be accountable for overall project management Will take the lead and assist multiple clients in the preparation of disclosure documents Act as primary point of contact for clients and liaison between client and other Toppan Merrill teams Provide consultative services and technical subject matter expertise to clients as a trusted advisor Ensure client satisfaction Provide detailed documentation for job tracking and billing About You: Role model in service excellence, with demonstrated success in a client facing environment Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal employees Possess excellent presentation and communication skills Strong technical aptitude, experience in Microsoft Office Suite an advantage Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Understanding of working in a firm deadline-driven environment Ability to work 2nd shift Qualifications and Experience: BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous work experience in a similar client service environment Project multitasking and ability to lead others through high pressure situations Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift changes Why You Should Work Here: The ability to work in an environment that encourages creativity and fresh ideas The ability to be on the leading edge of SaaS driven technology solutions for capital markets and regulatory disclosure requirements The opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that has just completed its most successful year About Us: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlsAbwm9SUM#action=share Toppan Merrill is an equal opportunity employer (EEO) and furthers the principles of EEO through Affirmative Action.
