The Decision Science team helps our operating companies solve their most challenging problems and drives decisions with data. The primary objective of the Enterprise Analytic Platform Manger is to enable people to deliver this magnitude of value through the strategic use of technology and ensuring that our data is exchanged, stored and used in a secure manner that meets or exceeds our corporate security posture. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES DELIVERING VALUE Develop and maintain the Enterprise Analytic Platform architecture vision and strategy that align with business objectives Manage and lead the Enterprise Analytic Platform architecture team, which can include contractors and managed service providers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team is meeting the company's objectives Engage with business partners to understand and recommend solutions to their problems and taking accountability for quality delivery of projects on time Take initiative as a coach and leader, engaging regularly with your team and actively supporting them through challenging phases OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Develop and implement enterprise-wide governance through policies, standards, and guidelines that elevate business objectives, promote consistency to enable cross-divisional collaboration and autonomy in the divisions for data management, security, and infrastructure for the Enterprise Analytic Platform Manage environments, ensuring that business continuity is maintained throughout the change process and new workflows are effectively integrated with no business disruption Oversee and manage multiple Enterprise Analytic Platform projects, through close collaboration with stakeholders on security, tools, architecture, planning & ensuring timely delivery and alignment to evolving organizational short- and long-term priorities Interpret security and technical requirements into business requirements, communicating security risks to relevant stakeholders ranging from business leaders to engineers CULTIVATE A DATA DRIVEN CULTURE Evangelize Advanced Analytics and using data driven decisions to be a competitive advantage across the Post Holdings network through strategic leadership and guidance Facilitate cross-functional, cross-division collaboration: An EA should promote communication and collaboration between different departments and teams particularly to drive change management and maturity in operations Continue to infuse fun into our workday through authenticity, transparency, gamification and finding ways to win together INNOVATION Foster innovation by keeping abreast of emerging technologies and foster development of the team’s skills Monitor industry trends, remain current with industry best practices and identify emerging technologies that should be adopted Support the evaluation, change management, implementation, and management of analytical tools for the enterprise platform DEVELOPING TALENT Encourage and inspire others to find creative solutions, embrace change and collaborate on innovative approaches to achieve business outcomes Be a lifelong learner and teacher so that you can authentically lead recruitment efforts to attract, retain high quality and diverse talent Develop and track staffing plans and ensure the team is adequately staffed with skilled professionals Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another quantitative field is required A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in data warehousing, data integration or the business intelligence domain A minimum of 7+ years of experience in leading and managing data engineering teams with local and offshore resources Proven expertise in managing and executing multiple projects & priorities in parallel. Can quickly flex to changing priorities and lead the team in adapting to changes Experienced in agile and waterfall project implementation methodologies Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems and cloud provider ecosystems like Azure and Google Cloud Practical knowledge of Azure foundation services related to compute, network, storage, content delivery, administration and security, deployment and management, automation technologies like Azure functions and Logic Apps DevOps know-how building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment, build and test automation technologies like GitHub, Docker and Azure DevOps Strong working knowledge of ERPs such as JDE, SAP, Oracle Fusion and EBiz, Netsuite and functional domains a plus Strong leadership qualities, good judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to concisely convey analytical interpretation and/or data issues to affected members of departments Self-directed professional with a hunger to continually learn and grow Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills required Demonstrate credibility, competence, and the ability to manage through influence This is a hybrid role based in Brentwood, MO. Work from home days are Monday, Friday. In-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
