Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage various Facilities projects, including interior renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and exterior improvements for 150 facilities across Missouri and Illinois. This role will lead the project planning process from initiation to close-out, including design, engineering, material procurement, construction, and commissioning. The Project Manager will serve as the primary project authority for assigned project personnel on major project-related issues, directing the project team and leading the project management process. The role is also responsible for cost and schedule metrics tracking and forecasting, associated reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, corporate, and department procedures during all phases of the project. Regular travel to project sites within Missouri and Illinois is required.
