The Financial Controller is responsible for the US GAAP and local statutory performance of Pall France SAS legal entity and includes any further Cytiva entities in France that may be created in the future, e.g. holding companies.
This position reports to the Director, EMEA West Controller and is part of the wider EMEA Controllership Team. This role is located in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Prepare the annual statutory accounts working with local external partners (including tax returns and internal tax reporting requirements) for Pall France SAS and any future French entities that may be incorporated, ensuring all differences between US GAAP and French GAAP are appropriately captured and explained according to Danaher and Cytiva accounting standards
Support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings of the French entity maintaining accuracy and compliance with current accounting and tax regulations
Be the main point of contact for local external partners and local audit requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting challenges, ensuring alignment with company objectives and smooth operations
Who you are:
Accounting or Finance Qualification
Several years’ experience compiling statutory financial accounts including working on audit requests and tax compliance work (local and corporate)
Experience in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
Fluent in French and English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Experience working in a matrix environment

Le contrôleur financier est responsable de la performance US GAAP et des performances statutaires locales de l'entité juridique Pall France SAS et inclut toute autre entité Cytiva en France qui pourrait être créée à l'avenir, par exemple des sociétés holding.
Ce poste relève du directeur, contrôleur EMEA Ouest et fait partie de l'équipe de contrôle EMEA. Ce rôle est situé à Saint-Germain-en-Laye et sera un rôle sur site.
Ce que vous ferez :
Préparer les comptes statutaires annuels en travaillant avec des partenaires externes locaux (y compris les déclarations fiscales et les exigences de reporting fiscal interne) pour Pall France SAS et toute future entité française qui pourrait être incorporée, en veillant à ce que toutes les différences entre US GAAP et French GAAP soient correctement capturées et expliquées selon les normes comptables de Danaher et Cytiva.
Soutenir les clôtures financières mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles de l'entité française en maintenant l'exactitude et la conformité avec les réglementations comptables et fiscales en vigueur.
Être le principal point de contact pour les partenaires externes locaux et les demandes d'audit locales et collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour résoudre les défis comptables, en veillant à l'alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise et au bon fonctionnement des opérations.
Les exigences essentielles pour le poste sont les suivantes :
Qualification en comptabilité ou finance.
Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la compilation de comptes financiers statutaires, y compris le traitement des demandes d'audit et des travaux de conformité fiscale (locale et corporative).
Expérience dans un environnement commercial mondial avec une bonne compréhension des processus globaux et des flux transactionnels.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Compétences analytiques solides : capable de lier clairement les résultats financiers aux moteurs de performance opérationnelle, de générer des alternatives et de conduire des changements positifs.
Expérience de travail dans un environnement matriciel.
