Sales Support
The Sales Support position consists of interacting with the sales department and customers via phone, online, or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services. This is a full-time, entry-level position with vast opportunities for growth within the company.
Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Company benefits include 6 paid holidays, paid time off, and 401K with a company match.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Support responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Answer phone calls to resolve or redirect as appropriate
· Resolve and solve support tickets timely
· Create, modify, and send quotes; Follow up on outstanding quotes
· Have fundamental knowledge of products and their availability
· Gain familiarity with the company website to help navigate customers via phone
· Manage and resolve Instagram messages within 1 business day
· Assist in the creation of technical support documents

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 60% of the time. Must be able to move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds for various needs. This position will primarily work in an office environment; however, this is a manufacturing facility, and the candidate must be able to work in a noisy environment.
