YOUR TECH PROS Retail Tech Sales Specialist (Front of House) in SAINT GEORGE, Utah

POSITION DETAILS

As a retail Tech Sales Specialist, you will focus on the following strategies and services:

  • Help customers get their devices protected, repaired, or replaced.
  • Help customers with additional high value services and accessories.

You'll be providing the best possible experience for our customers, both in person, and on the phone. You will use a friendly, professional demeanor to build customer confidence and exceed expectations by making the store experience natural, engaging, and reassuring. All applicants should be willing to use proven tebuquines to increase their merchandise and service sales. You will build and maintain relationships with customers to help guide them to the right products and services that best fit their needs.

You will also be responsible for performing other duties associated with being the up front retail expert. Whether it's maintaining displays and store cleanliness or assisting team members, we bas your level of success on your own sales and personal productivity, as well as overall team and business performance.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
  • Greet customers and answer calls in a friendly manner.
  • Use the point-of-sale system to process payments, maintain an accurate record of customer and give real time status updates for each repair.
  • Describe and sell merchandise and services while understanding and explaining their use, operation, and care to customers.
  • Use store displays and interactive devices effectively to enhance the customer experience and sales.
  • Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Listen and build relationships with customers to recommend the right products and services for their lifestyle.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of latest products and services. Remain current on industry and competition trends, pricing plans, and promotions.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years retail sales experience on cell phone carrier sales teams.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • If you're not bilingual but are confident you meet all other requirements, and can prove it, then please apply.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a real plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A personal passion for, and experience with cell phone, computers, tablets, and other electronics we all use at home.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong selling and follow-up skills.
  • Super-quick, self motivated learner. We'll provide the training.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment.
  • Invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Punctuality/Dependability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Consistently personable and always maintaining a friendly team attitude.
  • Must be able to touch type at 30+ words per minute.
  • High school diploma or GED. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

COMPENSATION

  • $13-15/hr plus uncapped commissions.
  • Ongoing sales training.
  • You drive your own growth.
