What are we looking for?

  1. Education and Professional Qualification

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting, or a High School diploma (or equivalent) required in addition to 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.

  1. Knowledge/Experience

Basic Accounting skills. Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience. Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and changing environment. Intermediate Excel Skills required. Proven verbal and written communication skills to present information

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Review Aging Reports and Perform Collections Activities to resolve Past Due Accounts
  • Works / Updates General Mailbox Inquiries, SalesForce Cases, and calls as received
  • Works with Sales and Supply teams through disputes
  • Works/manages the financial relationship with Customer and Sales Team
