Jensen Precast Outside Sales Representative - Northern California in Sacramento, California
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Outside Sales Representative is a key position based in the Northern California area with an opportunity to grow our customer base in our wet utilities market for Northern California. You will be at the forefront of developing new customers to our product lines and will work with our teams to develop the strategy for how best to facilitate sales.
Pay range in Northern California Region:
Base salary - $80,000 - $110,000 Annually
Discretionary Bonus (TBD)
Reporting to our General Manager, you’ll work with marketing and product management in support of all of Northern California wet utility products lines .
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
Create solutions for wet utility customers, utilizing knowledge of current product offerings and the specifications of each.
Establish account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.
Ensure high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
Maintain customer relationship documentation to support quote and sales activity growth through the Company’s CRM.
Facilitate the voice of customer engagements to understand customer wants and needs for our wet utility product offerings.
Foster and manage relationships with channel partners to facilitate sales growth.
Participate in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows, and seminars.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You possess a demonstrated history in customer relationship management with an in-depth knowledge of the precast concrete and underground construction industry. You’re a lifelong learner with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or have equivalent industrial work experience (a minimum of 5 years). You are highly collaborative and used to working with product management, marketing, engineering and manufacturing teams. You don’t take shortcuts.
