Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Rushford, MN. From: 01/01/2025 to 03/31/2025 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day 7:00am - 5:00pm. High wage offer of $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. Must Apply By: 02/15/2025 JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties may include: Load and unload stored crops from harvest, or containers of materials manually or using equipment provided, drive trucks to haul stored crops to company owned feedlots, provide maintenance and upkeep on storage facilities and trucks that are used to transport crops and other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Workers will receive Possible weekend/holiday work. Employer will provide overtime pay from $27.75 to $37.50 per hour. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain regular driver's license within 2 weeks of hire. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States within 3 days of hire. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Able to lift 50 lbs., Static strength; push, pull, lift 50lbs., unload, carry objects up to 50lbs., may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean equipment and grounds area. No minimum education required. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
