What Youll Do:
- Identify and pursue newroofing sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Assess job sites, take measurements, and provide accurate quotes
- Educate customers on services, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and full roof replacements
- Overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress

?Outside Sales Experience- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales?Go-Getter Attitude- Self-motivated, determined, and goal-oriented?Strong Communication Skills- Ability to connect with customers and build trust?Resilience and Tenacity- Comfortable handling objections and pushing through challenges?Willingness to Learn- Open to training, coaching, and improving sales techniques?Tech-Savvy- Familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and mobile apps?Physical Ability- Comfortable climbing ladders to assess flat roofs when needed?Valid Drivers License- Required for job-related travel
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:($90,000 - $150,000 per year) Schedule:Monday - Friday, some weekends; flexible work environment Full Benefits:
