Job Responsibilities: Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment. Complete daily and monthly documentation and reports following standards. Assist clients with money management, personal paperwork, and other documentation; Coordinate and assist with home management functions such as light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation; Create daily schedules and plans for clients Ensure all necessary medical and other appointments are scheduled; Accompany clients to scheduled appointments and/or run errands for clients. Contribute/encourage community participation of clients Other duties as assigned.
