JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide subject matter expertise for Dynamics and Azure cloud technologies while proposing designing, developing, testing and deploying software modules and applications to fulfill business needs. Lead and facilitate the design and architecture sessions with clients and advising on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture. Partner with business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements for specific application functions and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solutions. Work with different lines of business to develop a new customer service Agent desktop application within dynamics365. Lead discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3rd party vendors. Develop complex custom plugins to extend the dynamics functionality as per the need. Assist in implementing various integrations by developing complex SOAP/REST based webservices with other existing business processes/ applications and Dynamics. Develop complex batch jobs and reports to fetch the data from different sources. Working experience on PowerApps (Canvas Apps) and flows and ability to develop new canvas apps. Perform POCs whenever needed using the latest technologies with self-learning. Coordinate with the testing team on resolution of defects on developed applications and ability to incorporate the user feedback. Provide estimates for scope of work, conducting regular status meetings and coordinate with Third party teams and other internal Health Benefits teams. Conduct code reviews to seek opportunities to improve code quality. Telecommuting permitted.
REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field and 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Providing subject matter expertise for Dynamics and related Microsoft technologies while proposing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions to fulfill business needs; (2) Partnering with the business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solution; (3) Leading discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3rd party vendors; (4) Customizing, configuring, extending Dynamics 365 and Other CRM versions using CRM SDK, C#.NET and other related Microsoft technologies; (5) Assisting in developing various integrations with other existing business processes and applications; (6) Collaborating with project/testing team on the development, design and testing of applications; (7) Developing model apps, canvas apps, azure functions, power automate and configure azure application insights; (8) Agile project management methodologies (like SCRUM) and experience in using process related tools like Service Now; and (9) Monitoring and improving application performance and perform code reviews to adhere best practices.
RATE OF PAY:\$148,949 per year
