About the Opportunity:

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager, Lead Generation is responsible for helping plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for our global commercial business. The successful candidate will be a passionate, creative digital marketer with a proven track record of launching digital campaigns that drive measurable results. The campaigns you will develop will drive global awareness and qualified leads for our sales team via the global B2B websites.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength\'s Associate Digital Marketing Manager, Lead Generation will be responsible for:

Website Optimization

  • Build page layouts, edit text, images/videos, and information displayed on all global B2B websites in compliance with web usability and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with Global Product Marketing, Content, Segment, Local Marketing, Service, Sales teams to develop new or update existing web content that will attract and build a trusted relationship with commercial customers (Health Clubs, Hospitality, Professional & Collegiate Athletic Programs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with web dev agency for regarding site updates and bug fixes
  • Create and optimize product detail pages assigned to your customer segment to effectively tell the brand, product, and customer-benefit story to maximize conversions

SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Strategy

  • Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor analysis, content, and technical audits of commercial websites
  • Monitor and report on organic website performance, including the growth of implementing on-page and off-page SEO recommendations
  • Develop and execute GEO strategies to optimize AI-generated content for better engagement and relevance
  • Stay up to date on SEO/GEO trends (voice search, AI and machine learning, UX) and the competitive search landscape

Channel Optimization & Testing

  • Optimize and maintain LF / HS YouTube channels based on best practices
  • Ongoing campaign optimizations, including ad, landing page testing and execution and analysis of A/B tests
  • Work with various analytics and data sources to track and analyze campaign effectiveness to determine ROI and go-forward plans
  • Support by testing and evaluating creative, data-driven campaigns to move users through the full funnel via paid channels including SEM, display advertising, retargeting and paid social

Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with and support the Digital Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives targeted toward growing Life Fitness\'s commercial customer footprint
  • Develop expertise in the commercial customer segments (Health Clubs, Hospitality, Professional & Collegiate Athletic Programs, etc.), their needs, challenges, influences and preferred digital \"hangouts\"
  • Collaborate with global marketing team to tell consistent brand and product story to target customer segment across international markets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO
  • Proficiency using Kentico or similar content management systems
  • Proficient in SEO tools like SEMRush, AHrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz
  • Skilled in Google Suite (GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console) with a strong data-driven mindset
  • Experience in content marketing and inbound marketing for B2B bus nesses
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a proven ability to share information effectively across teams
  • Able to adapt in fast-changing environments, take risks, and explore new approaches to drive innovative solutions
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
  • Experience writing website copy
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Understanding of paid media performance (SEM, display ads, retargeting, paid social)
  • Passion for the fitness industry or knowledge of fitness products
  • Global marketing experience
