ADP Lead Business Systems Analyst in Roseland, New Jersey
ADP Enterprise Learning is hiring a Lead Business Systems Analyst at our Roseland location. This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have broad and deep technical skills, and experience with web development and integration projects. Seeking 8+ years of broad experience as a hands-on developer, analyst, and technical project manager. Experience must include deep experience with the various patterns of web development, cloud technologies and integrating various internal and external systems. Product owner skills, collaboration and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment must be strong suites. Additional relevant experience may include vendor selection, contract negotiation, and scrum master responsibilities. Does this sound like you?
The Lead Business Systems Analyst position involves collaborating with technical teams, non-technical teams, and clients to design, and integrate with various systems in the HCM domain (E.g., payroll, benefits, HR, etc.). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technologies such as Web Application development, APIs, REST, JSON, RPA, UI frameworks. AWS, Azure, database technologies etc. The candidate must have extensive experience working with clients to identify their unique needs, then working with the technology teams to develop solutions.

Responsibilities:
Investigate, analyze, define, tailor, and develop solutions that help to align technology to business goals.
Act as user champion when coordinating solution development
Facilitate stakeholder and partner interaction to shape architecture solutions and direction.
Develop user stories and wireframes while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing client need and system architecture
Develop thorough understanding of end-to-end flow of data and purpose of each data element and each process step
Synthesize existing flow and processes with future direction and be able to create a delivery roadmap
Create and manage the product backlog
Conceptualize technical complexity into usable, architectural elements that are compliant with long term roadmap and established standards.
Create and maintain designs for multiple parallel data flows, processes and methodologies
Conduct proofs of concept, development and validation
Code technical integrations with backend APIs, ETL, web apps
Provide technical mentorship for team
Lead collaboration efforts amongst team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 8-12 Years of directly related experience
Must have extensive hands-on experience integrating complex systems
Experience with development of web apps or websites
Must have extensive hands-on experience with product migrations
Must understand data transformation best practices
Must have prior experience with database technologies , preferably the Microsoft Suite
Must have prior experience with UI frameworks and Python Frameworks
Must understand DevOps practices and be familiar with Ansible and Jenkins
Must have in-depth understanding of REST APIs, ETL, data merge, purge, retention
Experience with AWS and Azure strongly desired
Data Science and GenAI experience strongly desired
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action
Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas
High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Self-starter who can work well with individuals at all levels and across functions
Must be an expert multi-tasker
