Immediate openings for: CDL-Class A OTR & Regional Flatbed, Contract or Employee driver 45-48\' Flatbed *53\' Maxi * A-train(doubles) maxi *Curtain Van Compensation: Minimum incentive rate \$0.80 cents per mile up to a maximum incentive rate of \$0.90 cents per mile depending on performance. Additional incentives for extra picks and drops, tarping, detention, extra width or length loads. We Offer: * Direct deposit * Regional positions with home time most night and weekends depending on type of load. Locally owned company in Roseburg OR looking for a diligent and hard-working individual to join us. * OTR freight throughout the Lower West to East Coast of United Stated * 75% of our regional freight runs I-5 Northwest and Northeastern region of Oregon & Washington * Regional position with home time most nights and weekends depending on type of load. * Paid Loaded and Empty miles. Must possess the following skills and qualifications: * Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck * Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations * Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) * Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions * Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues * Properly track and document activity log * Report any issues or incidents to dispatch * Inspect truck before and after trip * Must comply with all FMCSA rules and regulations * Drive long hours and travel regularly * Strong work ethic Job Requirements: * Valid CDL- Class A * Current Qualified DOT Medical Certificate * Minimum of 2 years of proven CDL-Class A Driver experience * No more than two moving violations in the previous 3 years * No more than 1 DOT defined accident in the previous 3 years * No serious offenses in the previous 5 years or pattern of unsafe practices no DWI/DUI in the last 5 years * Must pass a comprehensive drug test * Satisfactory safety and employment history
