Certified Nurse Aide/ Ward ClerkÂ
Under the supervision of the Emergency Department nursing staff, provide for the emergent and non-emergent care of patients of who present to the Emergency Department, ED secretarial duties as appointed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Coordinate patient care with outside facilities as needed
- Prepare charts for processing medical records
- Add charges to patient charts as appropriate
- As needed perform housekeeping duties
- Assist with QCI data as needed
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Certificates, Licenses, Registration
- Current Utah CNA certification or equivalent
- Current BLS certificate
