MAT Holdings, Inc Warehouse Lead Inbound 2nd shift in Romeoville, Illinois
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Inbound Lead for the second shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $22.75/hour plus a $2.00 shift premium. The hours for the second shift are Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 10:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

Lead 10-15 associates in daily communication meetings, issuing each team member their daily workload. Train, motivate, and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals while taking direction from the shift supervisor. Take on accountability for all department operations, actions, and results.
Responsibilities
Give direction on put-away orders, including special orders
Train new employees
Process end-of-day paperwork
Troubleshoot inaccurate put-away discrepancies and missing product
Audit orders for accuracy
Other duties as assigned
Ability to communicate in English
Strong written and verbal skills
Adept knowledge of RF Scanners/Systems
Ability to operate a Forklift (Order Picker, Sit-down or Walkie-Rider)
Understand the essential throughput of a Logistics Operation
Proven leadership of 10 or more people in a warehouse setting
Shipping and Receiving experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience in warehousing
