Our Chicago Division, located in Romeoville, IL, is seeking an Office Clerk.
Pay and Benefits:
Starting Pay Rate | $19.00/hr- $21.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Duties:
Process customer invoices, adding additional costs.
Process receiving paperwork.
Approval of vendor invoices.
Scan test reports.
Process customer credits.
Process outgoing and incoming mail.
Answer phones.
File paperwork; set up and maintain files.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working in an office environment (warehouse or manufacturing industry preferred)
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Have experience with general office equipment and processes
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
Be comfortable in an environment with changing priorities
Be able to work well independently and maintain a positive team player mentality
