KORE SERVICES, LLC Customer Service Specialist in Rocky Ford, Colorado
POSITION: Customer Service Specialist
DUTIES: Process incoming calls. Process appointments. Enter data information promptly. Perform outbound calls, and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years old. Have a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. Have a GED or High School Diploma. Due to job duties, must be able to report to the Ordway office within 40 minutes if called.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Have good computer skills. Have basic Excel skills. Have excellent Customer Service skills. General office skills.
WAGE: $16.00 per hour
SHIFTS: Days - Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Typically 30 hours weekly.
JOB SITE: Near Rocky Ford - Typical office setting. Will be able to work remotely after training.
